The details

A few good questions.

How does per-location pricing work?

Starter is designed for one location at $59 per month. Growth is $49 per location per month for two to nine locations: two locations would be $98 per month, and nine would be $441. Networks with ten or more locations use custom Scale pricing. Annual billing saves 10% versus monthly (Starter $53, Growth $44 per location per month, billed annually). All displayed amounts are in USD, before any applicable taxes.

What counts as a data connector?

A connector is a connection to an operational system, such as a point-of-sale system or a configured REST API. Availability depends on your provider and industry. CSV and Excel uploads are separate from the connector allowance. Provider access, credentials and setup may be required.

Can I explore before connecting my data?

Yes. Guided setup includes a clearly labelled SAMPLE experience. Sample figures stay separate from your workspace, and you can leave the sample view to connect your own API or upload a file whenever you are ready.

Will creating a workspace start a paid subscription?

No. These are proposed plans for the upcoming pricing offering. Creating a workspace does not purchase a plan, start a subscription or charge you. Checkout and paid plan activation are not available here.

What can the AI Analyst tell me?

The analyst interprets metrics calculated from your available business records. It identifies observations, possible explanations and practical actions, while making missing data explicit. Connector coverage determines which metrics can be analyzed. Heavier AI usage — extended analyst capacity, cross-location and network-wide insights — sits in the Growth and Scale plans.
