Terms of Service

Clear expectations for using KJ Daybook and making informed business decisions.

Draft for review · Updated October 18, 2026. These draft policies need the operator’s legal review and business details before public launch.

1. Using the service

KJ Daybook provides business analytics, reports and AI-assisted interpretation for authorized business users. You must be authorized to act for your business, provide accurate account information and comply with applicable laws. These draft terms are not a substitute for an executed agreement with the service operator.

2. Accounts and workspace access

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify the operator of suspected unauthorized access. Workspace administrators are responsible for invitations, roles and access permissions. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another company’s information.

3. Your data and connected systems

You retain rights to your business data and authorize its processing to provide the service. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to upload records and connect external systems, including any employee or customer information. Third-party providers’ terms apply to their systems; connection availability and data quality can vary.

4. Analytics and AI limitations

Reports depend on the completeness and accuracy of available records. AI-generated interpretation may be incomplete or incorrect, and a correlation does not establish causation. Review evidence and data gaps before taking action. The service does not replace professional financial, legal, employment or other specialist advice, and does not guarantee business outcomes.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, circumvent access controls, or use the service to make unsupported allegations about individuals. Do not use the service for unlawful discrimination or decisions prohibited by applicable law.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages or security needs. Access may be restricted to address misuse or legal requirements. Where practical, the operator should provide notice of material changes and a reasonable opportunity to retrieve authorized business records.

7. Plans and commercial arrangements

Displayed pricing is a preview of proposed plans. Creating a workspace or selecting a displayed plan does not purchase a subscription or authorize a charge. Any future paid service requires separately confirmed commercial terms.

8. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular business outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. The operator’s legal identity, governing law, dispute process and any liability limits must be reviewed and specified before launch.
